[UPDATE] Debit Card System Outage
As you may be aware, a debit card processing issue caused by our card processing vendor occurred from September 7–9. As of last night, October 3, all transactions from that period have now begun reflecting in your account balance. If you are unsure about any of these transactions, they may display a business address in the description. We understand that you may not have anticipated these transactions posting, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To ease concerns, please know that any overdraft or transfer fees incurred due to this issue will be automatically refunded by the end of the day today, October 4. No action is required on your part.
We are working diligently with our vendor to ensure this issue does not occur again and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolved the situation. If you have any further questions, our team is here to assist you.
