What the July 13 Update Means for Your Zelle®

Re-enroll in Zelle®
On July 13, Zelle enrollments at Priority Trust Credit Union are being reset as part of updates to our digital banking system. To send and receive money with Zelle after that date, you will need to re-enroll. It takes just a few minutes.
How to re-enroll
Step 1. Log in to the Priority Trust app or online banking. Select Zelle (in the app) or Move Money, then Move Money with Zelle (on the web).
Step 2. On the Zelle welcome screen, select Get Started.
Step 3. Review the Zelle Terms of Service, then continue.
Step 4. Pick the email address or U.S. mobile number you want to use for Zelle. Choose one already on your profile, or select Add new email or mobile number. Select Continue.
Step 5. Read the notice about receiving text messages. It covers your consent to receive texts and a reminder that standard messaging rates may apply. Select Continue.
Step 6. We send a six-digit code to the email or number you chose. Enter the code and select Verify. If it does not arrive, select Resend by text or Resend by voice.
Step 7. Choose the account you want to use as your primary account for Zelle, then select Continue.
Step 8. You're re-enrolled. Select Send or Request Money to get started.
After you re-enroll
Recurring transfers. Any repeating Zelle payments you had set up will not carry over. Set those up again so they don't miss a cycle.
People who pay you. If friends or family send you money through Zelle, let them know to re-add you.
